I’m not here to impress you. I’m here to walk with you.
The life I’ve lived has been full and multifaceted ~ energized and dancing to the beat of my own drum.
Learning from mistakes and always moving forward.
Along the way meeting many from all walks of life, as a single mother in business, raising two sons alone while it was rare lifestyle.
With a skilled trade I went to build businesses, raising capital, consulting business leaders in corporations as well as crossing into the healing arts. I began as a European-trained hair stylist, which evolved into business ownership, leadership, and consulting. Being trained in Integrated Clinical Counselling, I’ve supported entrepreneurs in growing profitable companies and guided healing practitioners in building sustainable practices.
However, my education didn’t only come from business.
Over the years, I’ve loved deeply and lost painfully. I’ve stood in boardrooms and at gravesides. Through the gift of touch and presence, I’ve offered healing to hundreds through consulting, counselling and deep tissue bodywork.
Trained in the healing art teachings rooted in ancient traditions passed down from generations of my ancestors bringing forth and embodying the known gifts from the land of my birth, something carried deep within my bones from the Emerald Isle.
I’ve reinvented myself more times than I can count. Sometimes by choice, sometimes by necessity.
As a child I danced and dreamt of being a prima ballerina. As a young teen I dreamt of being a model, was told I was too short.
Today, at 74, I dance for joyful pleasure and I model anyway. Because you are never too old for your dreams.
Life has been my greatest teacher. And now, I feel more alive at 74 than I did at 34.
The common thread in those who truly thrive?
They stop waiting for permission.
They stop pretending.
They begin listening - to themselves, to life, and to something deeper.
That’s what this work is about.
